Shipping and Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for any products that arrive damaged.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The price of product/s and postage will be fully refunded provided they are returned within the given period.

We aim to send out orders with Royal Mail the day after receiving them. Please note that orders are only sent out Monday-Friday with a 48 hour tracked delivery aim, not including weekends.
