This website is owned and operated by Willow and Chestnut Soaps. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the opportunity to purchase our goods, as well as to provide information about our products. By accessing our website and using our services, you approve that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

In order to use our website/ receive our services, you must be of the legal age majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

When buying any item from our website, you agree that: (1) you are responsible for reading the full item description before committing to buy it (2) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy it in completing the check-out payment process.

Accuracy of account and billing information

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we may receive, and in our sole discretion to cancel or limit any order quantity purchased per person, household or order. We may, without prior notice, change the services/products; stop providing the services/products or any features of the services/products we offer; or create limits for the services/products. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services/products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

You agree to indemnify and hold Willow and Chestnut Soaps harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
